** To schedule your vacation at Loon Ridge, please go to the "Book Your Vacation Now!" page and fill out the request form. A Loon Ridge employee will contact you within 48 hours to officially schedule your stay with us. Please keep in mind, your rental is not secured until you have made a payment, make sure to be prepared for payment when you are contacted by our representative. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Policies
* Full payment due at time of booking , we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
* Cancellations must be given 4 weeks in advance or full payment will be retained. If we are able to rent the cottage within the 4 weeks of your arrival date, your payment will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
* Absolutley no pets allowed on the premises.
*All cabins are 100% smoke free - Smoke damage is subject to additional fees.
* Check in 3:00PM, Check out 10:00AM
